Our Board
The Rising Up Client Choice Food Pantry and Warming Center Board of Directors has up to 15 members representing various facets of our community. The Board provides legal, financial, management and program oversight, and guidance to the Executive Director. The Board ensures that the organization stays aligned with its mission and values in addition to complying with all federal and state laws. We are pleased to have such wonderful support and representation from across Morgan County.
Pam Hernandez, Executive Director
Pam is larger than life, knows everyone, and is passionate about homelessness and food insecure issues in our community. In 2015, she founded a warming center and then a pantry. It filled a real need in her community.
Through sheer force of will, she built a high-profile board and lead the charge by stepping into the Executive Directors role.
The organization has grown into Morgan County's largest food pantry and the only warming center in NE Colorado.
