We meet people where they are—literally.

Our Street Outreach Team engages individuals living unsheltered in parks, vehicles, encampments, and other public spaces to:

 

•Address urgent safety needs

 

•Connect people with housing, medical care, and mental health support

 

•Help obtain vital documents (IDs, birth certificates, Social Security cards)

 

•Distribute survival items: socks, coats, hygiene kits, etc.

 

•Assist with shelter and employment access
